People travel far and wide for this classic Mexican Radio family recipe! An oven-roasted poblano pepper is stuffed with cheese, lightly egg-battered, pan sautéed and served steaming hot on a bed of tomato-jalapeño sauce and topped with tangy lime crèma and pico de gallo.
